I think my lack of stand mixer meant that the eggs didn't get fluffed as much as they should have. My arm didn't really do the necessary work.

Sarah, come to my blog more often, woman! I love being heckled! (I do mean that. My lack of a stand mixer really does put me in the dark ages. But if I get a stand mixer, that means you start tweeting!)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02237921600705834870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7918674200338298429.post-32312274325063488902010-03-03T18:20:47.773-05:002010-03-03T18:20:47.773-05:00LOVE this post - I'm inspired. Though I guess the only thing worse than finding space for it in a NYC kitchen would be lugging it on the subway . . .Rebecca Steadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13445577047689235083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7918674200338298429.post-27591626374226272962010-03-03T08:07:56.922-05:002010-03-03T08:07:56.922-05:00Soooo making these this weekend! These cookies look yummy, fluff or not.

-BrendaSense of Homehttp://senseofhome.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7918674200338298429.post-70643283441206152032010-03-01T13:45:08.218-05:002010-03-01T13:45:08.218-05:00I think that I have agree with you on the stand mi...I think that I have agree with you on the stand mixer. Ella came home from a play date with cookies that blew our minds (and waistlines). The only difference that I could find in what she did was that she used a stand mixer. They had a fluffy quality without being cakey (a big yuck in my book)but were still chewy. We, too, have nowhere to store a stand mixer, but a girl can dream of ample counter space, eh?

I love any baked item that can involve pretzels. I am going to try these for sure!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02029841266256843291noreply@blogger.com
