I really love it on a couple levels. Fir...Really? I really love it on a couple levels. First, Meyer has really set this book up as a Good vs. Evil sort of battle; in which case, a chess board seems appropriate. Also, Bella as the virgin white piece (SO cliched, I know) and Edward as the red vampire piece. Appropriate, no?
