Well, you all know how I loathe baking. And you know what I do for friends that bake for me...two words:
Bacon Fest.

Beef Wellington is my family's traditional Christmas dish. Steve and I made individual ones for Christmas this year.

ReplyDeleteMine turned out much darker than in the photo, and WOW extremely chocolatey. That + tart cranberry + salt = divine. My taste tester was also enthusiastic, although in the interest of full disclosure, I should admit that she's pregnant with twins and would also be enthusiastic about eating an apartment building.
